These Terms of Use and Transportation Service Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prestige Voyage website and transportation services confirmed through Prestige Voyage.
Prestige Voyage is a public-facing luxury black car transportation brand operated by AACC EXPRESS LLC, a California limited liability company formed on January 9, 2023 (“Prestige Voyage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide and coordinate prearranged private transportation services primarily throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using our website, accepting a written quote, confirming a reservation, submitting an agreed payment, or using transportation services arranged through Prestige Voyage, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using our website, submitting an inquiry or quote request, accepting a written quote, confirming a reservation, submitting an agreed payment, or using transportation services arranged through Prestige Voyage, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms.
Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not create a confirmed reservation. Transportation-related provisions apply only after a reservation has been confirmed in writing.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or transportation services.
2. Eligibility and Booking Authority
To request or confirm a reservation, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Have authority to make the reservation on behalf of any other passengers in your party
- Communicate relevant reservation requirements and rules to the passengers in your party
If you book transportation for another person or group, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for your party’s compliance with these Terms.
3. Prearranged Transportation Only
All transportation arranged through Prestige Voyage must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and written confirmation.
Prestige Voyage is not a taxi service, street-hail service, or automatic on-demand rideshare platform. We do not accept street hails or provide instant app-dispatched transportation.
4. Reservation Requests and Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation by text message, email, invoice, or another clearly documented communication.
Submitting a website form, leaving a voicemail, sending a text or email, or contacting us through social media is a request only. It does not guarantee:
- A confirmed reservation
- Vehicle availability
- A particular chauffeur
- A particular vehicle
- A quoted price
- A specific pickup time
You are responsible for reviewing the written confirmation and verifying: Date and time, Pickup location, Destination, Additional stops, Passenger count, Luggage count, Airline and flight information, where applicable, Vehicle category, Quoted price, Payment instructions, Special arrangements.
Please notify us promptly if any information is incorrect. We are not responsible for problems caused by materially inaccurate information that you provided or failed to correct.
5. Carrier Assignment
Transportation may be performed by AACC EXPRESS LLC or by a separately licensed and commercially insured California transportation carrier assigned in connection with the reservation.
When another licensed carrier performs the trip:
- That carrier may provide its own vehicle and chauffeur.
- The vehicle remains owned or operated by that carrier and is not represented as being owned by Prestige Voyage.
- The chauffeur may be employed or contracted by the assigned carrier and may not be an employee of Prestige Voyage.
- The assigned carrier is responsible for maintaining its applicable operating authority, vehicle documentation, chauffeur qualifications, and commercial insurance.
The assigned carrier’s identity may be provided in the written confirmation or trip communications where applicable.
Prestige Voyage may share the customer and reservation information reasonably necessary to coordinate and complete the trip with the assigned carrier and chauffeur.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be waived.
6. Vehicles
Our primary vehicle is a Cadillac Escalade.
Vehicle photographs displayed on our website or social media are illustrative and may not depict the exact vehicle assigned to a particular reservation.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, we do not guarantee a specific: Make or model, Model year, Exterior or interior color, License plate, Chauffeur, Interior configuration, Amenity or feature.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for a Cadillac Escalade. When necessary, a reasonably comparable full-size luxury SUV may be provided by a properly licensed and commercially insured carrier.
Passenger and luggage capacity depends on the assigned vehicle, luggage size, child seats, mobility equipment, and applicable safety requirements.
7. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may take into account: Route and distance, Date and time, Estimated trip duration, Airport or venue requirements, Additional stops, Waiting time, Parking and tolls, Special events and holidays, Passenger and luggage count, Requested vehicle category, Special requests.
A quote applies only to the itinerary described in the written quote or confirmation.
Material changes to the date, time, route, destination, duration, stops, passenger count, luggage, vehicle requirements, or other reservation details may require a revised quote.
Any additional fee should be disclosed and agreed upon before it is charged, except for reasonable cleaning or damage charges described in these Terms.
8. Payment
Payment may be accepted through: Cash, Zelle, Another payment method agreed upon with the customer.
The Prestige Voyage website does not currently collect or process credit-card or debit-card information.
Payment timing, required deposits, and payment instructions will be communicated in the written quote or reservation confirmation. A reservation may not be considered fully confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received.
Before sending a Zelle payment or other electronic transfer, you are responsible for confirming that the recipient information matches the instructions provided in your written reservation communication. Sending payment to an incorrect account may delay or prevent confirmation and may be difficult or impossible to reverse.
Unless expressly included in the written quote or confirmation, gratuity is voluntary.
We may retain payment records, invoices, and receipts for business, accounting, insurance, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Prestige Voyage will not impose undisclosed or unlimited charges.
9. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms may vary based on: The type of reservation, The amount of advance notice provided, Vehicle and chauffeur availability, Event or airport requirements, Arrangements with the carrier performing the trip.
Applicable cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed in the written quote or reservation confirmation. By confirming the reservation, you accept the trip-specific cancellation and refund terms provided to you. A cancellation or requested change is not effective until it has been acknowledged in writing.
Material changes to the reservation may require repricing and a new written confirmation. Same-day or late cancellations may be nonrefundable when that condition was disclosed in the written quote or confirmation.
If Prestige Voyage cancels a confirmed reservation for reasons not caused by the customer, we may make reasonable efforts to arrange comparable transportation or refund the amount paid for the affected transportation service, as applicable.
10. Waiting Time and No-Shows
Applicable grace periods, waiting-time rules, and fees will be included in the written quote or reservation confirmation.
A reservation may be treated as a no-show when: The vehicle has arrived at the confirmed pickup location at the confirmed time, The communicated grace period has passed, The passenger has not appeared, Reasonable attempts to contact the passenger or booking contact have been unsuccessful.
You must remain reachable at the telephone number provided for the reservation and be able to receive calls and text messages around the scheduled pickup time.
11. Airport Transportation
For airport reservations, you must provide accurate: Airline information, Flight number, Arrival airport, Arrival date and time, Passenger contact information.
We may make reasonable efforts to monitor flight information, but flight information is supplied by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Early arrivals, delayed flights, terminal changes, baggage delays, customs, immigration, airport traffic, and airport regulations may affect pickup timing and vehicle availability.
Airport pickups are subject to airport rules, designated pickup locations, permit requirements, traffic conditions, and instructions from airport or law-enforcement personnel.
We do not guarantee curbside pickup at every terminal. Meet-and-greet or inside-terminal service is provided only when expressly included in the written reservation confirmation.
12. Passenger and Luggage Information
You must provide accurate passenger and luggage information when requesting a reservation. Transportation may be declined or discontinued when: The passenger count exceeds the vehicle’s lawful seating capacity, Luggage cannot be safely accommodated, Material reservation information is inaccurate, Providing the transportation would violate applicable law or safety requirements.
Every passenger must use a lawful seating position and seat belt. Passengers may not ride in a cargo area or in any location not designed for passenger seating.
13. Delays and Estimated Times
Pickup, travel, and arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual travel times may be affected by: Traffic, Weather, Accidents, Construction, Road closures, Airport congestion, Law-enforcement activity, Venue restrictions, Event traffic, Passenger delays, Mechanical or safety issues, Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time for flights, connections, appointments, events, and other time-sensitive obligations.
14. Passenger Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited in any vehicle: Smoking or vaping, Possession or use of illegal drugs, Violence, threats, or intimidation, Harassment of the chauffeur or other passengers, Interference with the chauffeur or safe operation of the vehicle, Unsafe behavior, Possession of illegal weapons, Damaging or defacing the vehicle, Exceeding lawful seating capacity, Unlawful alcohol use.
The chauffeur or carrier may refuse to begin or may terminate transportation when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or protection of passengers, the chauffeur, the vehicle, or the public. When transportation is refused or terminated because of customer or passenger misconduct, charges may apply and a refund may not be available.
15. Cleaning and Damage
Customers are responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement, and related costs resulting from damage or excessive soiling caused by the customer or passengers in the customer’s party. This may include: Smoking or vaping residue, Vomit or other bodily fluids, Food or drink spills, Excessive trash, Stains, Broken fixtures, Upholstery damage, Other damage beyond ordinary wear.
Cleaning and damage charges should reasonably reflect actual costs and may be supported by photographs, cleaning invoices, repair estimates, receipts, or similar documentation. Normal wear and ordinary use are not chargeable.
16. Child Seats, Minors, Accessibility, Service Animals, and Pets
Customers must disclose child-seat requirements before confirming a reservation. Reservations involving minors must be arranged by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult. These Terms do not represent that unaccompanied-minor transportation is available.
Customers should disclose accessibility needs when requesting a quote so that availability and appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.
Qualified service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Service animals are not treated as ordinary pets. Transportation of ordinary pets is subject to advance approval, vehicle availability, and any reasonable cleaning requirements disclosed before confirmation.
17. Lost Property
Customers are responsible for checking the vehicle for personal belongings before exiting. Prestige Voyage and the carrier performing the transportation may make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property, but recovery is not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for property left in a vehicle except to the extent required by law. Any delivery, mailing, or return arrangement and related cost will be communicated before the item is returned. Customers should not leave valuables, medication, identification documents, or irreplaceable property unattended in a vehicle.

19. Intellectual Property
The Prestige Voyage name, logo, original website text, photographs, videos, and other original materials are owned by AACC EXPRESS LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially use these materials without prior written permission.
Cadillac, General Motors, Wix, Google, Uber, airline names, airport names, venue names, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party name or trademark does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
20. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current. Pickup and arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from: Gross negligence, Willful misconduct, Fraud, Nonwaivable statutory consumer rights, Nonwaivable transportation or safety obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prestige Voyage and AACC EXPRESS LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control, including missed flights, missed connections, missed appointments, missed events, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing in this section attempts to waive every responsibility of the carrier actually performing the transportation.
21. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for losses, claims, expenses, or property damage caused by: Their own unlawful conduct, Misconduct by passengers in their party, Materially false or inaccurate reservation information, Damage caused by the customer or passengers in the customer’s party.
This section does not require customers to assume responsibility for the negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or unlawful conduct of Prestige Voyage, AACC EXPRESS LLC, or the carrier performing the transportation.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms, the website, or confirmed transportation services will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Before filing a legal claim, we encourage you to contact Prestige Voyage using the business contact information below and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Eligible individual claims may be brought in small claims court. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver or jury-trial waiver.
23. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how Prestige Voyage and AACC EXPRESS LLC collect, use, retain, and share personal information. By providing your telephone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you regarding: Inquiries, Quotes, Reservation confirmations, Pickup coordination, Chauffeur or vehicle information, Delays or changes, Receipts, Trip-related follow-up.
These transactional communications are necessary to respond to your request or coordinate a confirmed reservation. Optional promotional communications are separate from necessary reservation messages. You may request to stop receiving optional promotional communications as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.
24. Changes and General Provisions
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Updated website Terms will not retroactively change an already confirmed reservation unless required by law or agreed upon by the customer.
A written reservation confirmation may include additional terms specific to a particular trip, including pricing, cancellation rules, vehicle category, payment timing, waiting-time rules, or special arrangements. If a trip-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the trip-specific written term will control for that reservation.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the written reservation confirmation, form the agreement relating to the website and confirmed transportation service.
