Prestige Voyage is a public-facing luxury black car transportation brand operated by AACC EXPRESS LLC, a California limited liability company formed on January 9, 2023 (“Prestige Voyage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide and coordinate prearranged private transportation services primarily throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area.
1. SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS AND BOOKINGS
Our transportation services are arranged in advance and are strictly subject to availability and written confirmation from our team. Please note that while our website accepts quote requests and general inquiries, it does not currently complete automatic online bookings or process credit-card payments. All payments are generally handled offline through cash, Zelle, or another method specifically agreed upon with the customer.
2. TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS AND DATA SHARING
Prestige Voyage may provide transportation through AACC EXPRESS LLC or coordinate reservations with other independently licensed and commercially insured transportation carriers. Necessary customer and trip information may be shared with the chauffeur or licensed carrier assigned to complete the reservation. These independently licensed carriers maintain their own operating authority, insurance, business records, and privacy practices.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Customer Details: Name, email address, telephone number, and communication history (emails, texts, social media messages, feedback, and reviews).
- Trip Details: Pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, special instructions, and accessibility or child-seat requests.
- Transaction Records: Basic records including amount paid, payment date, payment method, deposit status, balance status, refund information, and receipt details.
Security Warning: Customers should not submit sensitive financial information, full bank-account credentials, Social Security numbers, or identity documents through the website, email, or text message unless specifically requested through a secure and lawful process.
4. WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY AND COOKIES
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix may use essential cookies and similar technologies necessary for website security, stability, session management, performance, and core functionality. Additional analytics or advertising technologies may be used only if they are enabled through our website settings or connected services. We periodically review our website integrations and update this Privacy Policy when our data practices materially change.
Technical information collected automatically may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring source, website interaction information, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Our website does not currently collect or process credit-card or debit-card information. Payments are generally completed offline through cash, Zelle, or another method agreed upon with the customer. We may retain basic payment and transaction records for accounting, tax, insurance, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and business-record purposes. We do not collect or store customers’ complete online banking credentials or Zelle login credentials.
6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Certain California privacy rights apply only to businesses that meet applicable statutory requirements. Where required by law, eligible California residents may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to exercise other rights provided by applicable law.
Regardless of statutory eligibility, customers may contact Prestige Voyage to request access to personal information held about them, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion subject to lawful record-retention requirements. You may also request removal from optional promotional communications.
7. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
We distinguish between transactional reservation communications (quotes, confirmations, chauffeur coordination, and trip updates) and optional marketing messages. We do not currently operate an automated recurring text-message subscription program. Customers may ask us to stop sending optional promotional messages by replying to the message or contacting us through the business contact information listed below.
8. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. Reservations involving minors must be arranged by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult. This Privacy Policy does not represent that unaccompanied-minor transportation is available.
9. USE AND SALE OF INFORMATION
We do not sell customer reservation information for monetary compensation. We use personal information primarily to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and perform transportation, communicate with customers, maintain business records, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Note that some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as “sharing” under California law depending on how they are configured.
